Our team of bathroom fitters are highly skilled and qualified craftsmen with many years of bathroom installation experience. By using our own bathroom fitting team we take great care to turn your dream bathroom into a reality.

If you are purchasing a new bathroom from elsewhere and are looking for expert installation, the process will follow these 6 straightforward steps.

1. Make sure you have a copy of your new bathroom layout plan to hand, together with the number of units and appliances to be installed.
2. Use our free online Cost Calculator to find out how much the installation will be. Alternatively please fax your plans to us on 0871 277 57 25 or e-mail them to info@londonbuildingconstruction.co.uk and we will calculate the cost for you.
3. If you are happy with the quotation, one of our survey team will visit your premises to carry out a full survey of the installation area.
4. Our surveyor will confirm your requirements and the final cost of your installation. If you wish to proceed, we will book a convenient installation date.
5. All your work will be carried out to safety standards.
6. On completion your bathroom installation will carry a 36 month workmanship guarantee.

A £30 fee is payable in advance for the site survey, which will be deducted from your invoice should you proceed with the installation with London Building Construction.

A deposit of 30% of the final fee will be required when booking the installation date.
